Reliability and efficiency: the experience of operating Impulse manipulators at a gold mining enterprise. Technopark "Impulse" has successfully completed the delivery of an Impulse B320R manipulator completed with an Impulse 150 Classic hydraulic breaker and an HA18 pumping station to a large gold mining enterprise.

This equipment is designed to operate in the most challenging conditions and ensures stable operation even at deep levels. The manipulator has a nominal horizontal reach of up to 5 meters and is ideal for working with hydraulic breakers weighing up to 500 kg.

Since the equipment operates 24/7 in the ore pass—one of the narrowest and most critical work areas—the pumping station is a key component of the supply chain.

An 18 kW power output ensures stable and uninterrupted operation of the hydraulic breaker.

The equipment is installed directly on the ore pass—the section where the manipulator performs the important task of crushing large fragments, helping to maintain high productivity throughout the entire unit. This significantly improves work safety.

Our collaboration with the company began in 2019, when the first manipulator was commissioned. Since then, it has proven its reliability and stability.

The equipment is successfully operating at depths of -612 and -675 meters. Currently, the mining depth is 800 meters.

In the near future, the company plans to launch new ore passes, where our manipulators will also be installed.
