The loading bucket is used for handling the materials that have a low bulk density, up to 1100 kg/m³. It is designed not for digging, but for overloading; therefore it has an increased capacity due to a special teardrop shape and a lightweight design. The bucket for light-weight materials is often mounted not only on excavators, but also on front loaders.
