Impulse Boom Systems Company has manufactured an Impulse DX1400R manipulator equipped with a HammerMaster 450 hydraulic breaker for a mining and processing plant in the Kursk region, one of the largest iron ore mining enterprises in the Central Federal District.
The three-section manipulator is a unique project for Impulse Boom Systems. The rock breaker is designed to break up oversized ore in a large receiving hopper with a T-shaped splitter beam. This is the first time the company has manufactured a manipulator of this size. It's worth noting that the plant's European competitors were unable to provide equipment that meets the customer's stated requirements.
Our customers' experience has proven that using Impulse Boom System breakers in production reduces downtime, increases productivity and cost-effectiveness, and significantly improves safety on-site.
Additionally, the Impulse DX1400R rock breaker is equipped with advanced remote control technologies:
- Automatic parking system. After completing work on the manipulator, the operator can move the manipulator to the parking position with a single press of a button on the remote control, or, conversely, move it from the parking position to the working position before starting work.
 - Collision and impact protection system. The spatial movement control system defines the boundaries of the manipulator's working area, which the operator cannot leave while operating the machine.

Developing equipment for specific operating conditions and the ability to customize products to meet customer requirements is a key advantage of Impulse Boom Systems. It's worth noting that the company has built a dedicated facility on its premises for the assembly and testing of the three-section manipulator.
The Impulse DX1400R rockbreaker is currently undergoing final testing and is being prepared for shipment to the customer.
