Technopark Impulse has produced a rock super-strong bucket for the Komatsu WA380-6 front-end loader with a capacity of 2.9 cubic meters.

The machinery will be operated in a granite open pit in the Chelyabinsk region. The loader will operate directly in the mining face and handle large fractions of rock.

The bucket blade has a deltoid shape to ensure better penetration and performance. The bucket is equipped with additional mechanical protection. The wear-prone elements are made of Hardox steel, which is confirmed by the Hardox in My Body certificate.

This design of the bucket guarantees long-term and trouble-free operation in heavy-duty conditions and with high abrasiveness of the processing material.
