Impulse at bauma CTT Russia – shaping the future of the industry

The main exhibition of construction machinery in Russia bauma CTT Russia 2019 was held in Moscow from June 4 to 7. At its booth F 1/30, the Russian plant Technopark Impulse presented the latest solutions in the sphere of attachments.

Beside the traditional exhibits – buckets, hydraulic breakers, hydraulic rotators and vibratory pile drivers - the plant's booth presented a wide range of Impulse utility equipment.

Road milling machines Impulse made a stir among the visitors. Based on its innovative design developments, the plant managed to create unique equipment for pothole repair and marking removal unrivaled in the Russian market given the value-for-money ratio. The Impulse model line includes 350, 400, 450 and 600 mm cutters for mini loaders and a 350 mm cutter for backhoe loaders.

Impulse milling machine strengths include rigid enclosed design and independent adjustment of the side supports to ensure absence of height difference between adjacent passes. All models of Impulse milling machine range include automatic positioning system (leveling). Firstly, it enables quick installation of the cutter on the asphalt and start working, and second, it ensures consistent depth regardless of the pavement shape.

Impulse road milling machines are a blend of the global experience in the road construction and domestic localization of production, which makes this equipment reliable and at the same time affordable on the market.

Among the new products of the Technopark Impulse, the exhibition visitors appreciated the conceptual Impulse mounted brush with a front hopper for garbage with independent suspension. This design makes the brush repeat the pavement shape, providing an ideal result when cleaning the surfaces of any type and complexity.

Another useful utility solution presented at the bauma CTT Russia 2019 exhibition was a pallet fork for a mini loader with a positioning gear. It enables shifting the load on the fork to the right and left for a more tight installation of pallets to each other without shifting the loader, saving the working time and increasing the utilization rate of the warehouse.

Representatives of Russian and foreign manufacturers of construction and specialized machinery were keen on the success of the Technopark Impulse. This suggests a high level of confidence to the Impulse attachments among major market players shaping the future of the industry.
